Meera is a book that includes selected poems of Meerabai or Sant Meerabai who was a Hindu mystic poet of India in the 16th century. She wrote a lot of mystic poetry focusing on Lord Krishna and his lover Radha. She was born in Kudki, Pali District, Jodhpur State, Rajasthan in India in 1498. She was born in a Royale Rajput family in Kudki. She is mentioned in Bhaktamal, where she was confirmed to be a widely known and a cherished figure of the Bhakti movement culture in 1600 CE.
